Maynards Group of Companies today announced the acquisition of the operations of Amsterdam-based Hilco Industries Acquisitions (HIA), expanding Maynards’ capabilities in heavy-industrial asset acquisition, valuation, project management and monetization. The deal will take effect from 30th October 2026.
